Playing Cards for English Teachers
At a recent training course where I was officiating, one of my colleagues demonstrated a set of playing cards she had made in order to get her "Special Needs" classes to practise their spoken English.
Now it's this kind of fun activity that really works in class: The kids love it and you can vary the information given on the cards according to your objectives.
And in the spirit of Victor Kiam, I made a set of cards myself (with 27 different characters to choose from).
You can download an editable version of this deck of cards (and my colleague's "Likes and Dislikes" set) for English oral communication at the Académie de Montpellier English site.
If you appreciate the file, feel free to express your joy by coming back here, clicking on an Amazon France partner link (yes, that's one back there!) and buying yourself something that you fancy. I promise not to spend the commission on books about Aston Villa.
